How can we help?
Answers about setting up NoSix, bringing in your data and reading your results.
01
Getting started
How do I create an account?
Choose Get started and enter your name and work email address. After you agree to the Terms and the DPA, the setup of your organisation begins.
What does the setup ask for?
Your organisation, then your facilities and the equipment in them. When the setup is done, you can open the dashboard or the AI Assistant.
What should I have ready?
The details of your organisation, a list of the sites you want to understand and the energy and fuel records for one period. The getting started guide has a checklist.
Where do I sign in?
Choose Sign in and use the email address of your account. If you cannot get in, write to hello@nosix.co.
02
Facilities & equipment
What counts as a facility?
A site your organisation operates: a stadium, a training ground, an academy or an office. Give each one a name your team recognises.
Which equipment should I add?
The things that use energy or fuel, such as boilers, lighting and vehicles. They give your figures and your recommendations their context.
Can I import a list instead of typing it?
Yes. Facilities and equipment can be imported from a CSV file, and a guided setup helps you add them step by step.
How many facilities can I add?
Free and Starter include one facility, Pro up to five, and Enterprise has no limit. The pricing page compares the plans.
03
Adding your data
How do I add energy and fuel data?
Tell the AI Assistant what you used, for example the electricity of a stadium in one month. It asks for what is missing and records the entry.
Can I upload a bill?
Yes. Attach a bill or another document in your conversation with the AI Assistant and it reads the figures for you. Check the figures it reads.
Which records are useful?
Electricity, gas, heat and fuel records with their dates, their units and the facility they belong to. Use the same period across your records.
Is there a limit on bill uploads?
Free uses manual data entry. Starter reads up to 12 bills a month, Pro up to 50 a month per facility, and Enterprise has no limit.
What if a record is missing?
Enter what you have and keep the gap visible to your team. A figure from incomplete data is less reliable, so add the record when you find it.
04
Emissions & reports
What information do emissions depend on?
Your activity records and their context, including the site, period and units. Keep the original records, check missing information and review the result before sharing it. Understanding emissions explains how to read the overview.
What are Scope 1, 2 and 3?
Scope 1 covers direct emissions from sources your organisation owns or controls, including fuel combustion and refrigerant leaks. Scope 2 covers purchased electricity, heat, steam and cooling. Scope 3 covers other indirect emissions in your value chain, such as business travel. The carbon glossary defines the terms.
What can I see on the dashboard?
Emissions by scope and by source, trends over time and a comparison of your facilities. You can also set goals and follow your progress.
Which reports can I create?
Free includes the annual carbon footprint report, Starter adds the Carbon Reduction Plan, Pro includes every report type, including Dutch reporting obligations, CSRD and VSME, and Enterprise adds your logo. Reports are made to share with sponsors, federations and other stakeholders.
Can I use the figures in official reporting?
The figures are estimates based on your data. Review them, and where a rule or a stakeholder asks for assurance, invite your auditor. They open the report as a guest, leave comments and approve it, without a NoSix account.
Can someone sign a report off?
Yes. Send the report for sign-off and choose who signs, for example your director. The report is locked while it waits. The signer reads it, then signs or asks for changes, and the signed PDF carries their name and the date. Every version stays in the report's history.
How do we share a report?
Share the PDF with a link that expires, or download it. You can see who has access and revoke a link at any time. Sponsors only get the PDF, never access to your account.
05
Recommendations
Where do recommendations come from?
They are generated from your facilities, your equipment and your emissions data. The more complete your data, the more specific they are.
How are they ranked?
By the emissions they could save in tCO₂, the investment, the payback period and the difficulty.
How do we keep track of what we decided?
Each recommendation has a status, from new to completed, so your team can see what is planned and what is done.
Are the savings guaranteed?
No. Savings and payback periods are estimates. Check them against quotes and your own operations before you invest.
06
AI Assistant
What can I ask?
Questions about your own data, such as what drives your footprint, how your facilities compare or which recommendation to look at first. You can also log data and attach bills.
Can an answer be wrong?
Yes. The assistant can make mistakes. Check an answer against the underlying data before you rely on it.
Which plans include the AI assistant?
Every plan includes the AI assistant. Pro gets priority responses and Enterprise priority processing.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We do not use the content of your organisation to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains how the AI features handle your data.
07
Account & team
How do I invite colleagues?
An admin of your organisation can invite colleagues by email and give each of them a role: Admin, Editor or Viewer. Admins manage the team and settings, Editors add data and create reports, and Viewers read, download and ask the AI assistant. Billing stays with the account owner.
I cannot sign in. What now?
Use the email address of your account on the sign-in page. If that does not work, write to hello@nosix.co from that address.
How do I change our details?
Open the settings in the app. If you cannot find an option, write to us and we will help.
How do we close our account?
Write to hello@nosix.co from the address of the account owner. You can export your data first, and for 30 days after the account ends.
08
Plans, billing & privacy
Which plan fits us?
Starter is for one facility, Pro for up to five, and Enterprise for larger organisations and federations. Compare them on the pricing page.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in euros, excluding VAT, and renew until you cancel. Yearly billing saves 17%, about two months free.
How do we cancel or change our plan?
You can cancel at any time, and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Write to hello@nosix.co if you need help changing your plan.
Where is our data stored, and who owns it?
Your organisation owns the data it adds. We host it in the European Union and handle it under the Data Processing Agreement.
