Regulators, sponsors and supporters all want a number. Getting one means walking the stadium with a clipboard — and that's where sustainability programmes stall.

Step 01

Register what burns fuel

The onboarding wizard captures every facility and every emitter inside it — boilers, floodlights, HVAC, generators, fleet, kitchen — with fuel source, capacity, age and rating.

Step 02

Talk, or drop in a bill

The agent asks about the equipment it already knows you own, reads uploaded utility bills and invoices, flags readings that look wrong, and writes structured records you confirm.

Step 03

Act on the biggest lever

Your emission profile and equipment registry are read together, then ranked into upgrades with a CO₂e saving, a cost, a payback period and a difficulty rating attached.

Data collection agent

A conversation instead of a form. It asks targeted questions about your facilities, parses utility bills, fuel receipts and equipment logs, converts loose answers like "about 3,000 euros of diesel" into litres, validates against expected ranges, and remembers last month's reading so it can ask for this month's.

Equipment registry

Every boiler, floodlight, van and generator, logged with fuel, capacity, age and rating — and assigned to a facility. Add by wizard, by conversation, or bulk CSV import.

Calculation engine

Geography- and fuel-aware factor selection, unit conversion, compound multi-leg trips, and a reasoning trace behind every figure so an auditor can follow the arithmetic.

Reduction engine

Equipment age and rating against modern alternatives, emission hotspots, rising trends, flights replaceable by rail, renewable procurement — ranked by impact and payback.

Dashboard and targets

Totals, scope and category breakdowns, quarter-on-quarter trend, facility comparison, and progress against a reduction target you set in tonnes or per cent.

Reports that leave the building

Branded PDF and CSV exports aligned to the GHG Protocol, with written methodology, equipment appendix and reduction roadmap — for boards, sponsors and regulators.

Every figure follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard: activity data × emission factor. Scope 2 is reported both location-based and market-based. Where data quality is low, the record says so.
